These are great with a barbell or dumbells. Super comfortable and they don't move around or get loose, regardless of weight and reps.

So the reason I ordered these is clear to use it when deadlifting. I got these to be able to keep a neutral grip instead of mixed because it would compromise one side of my back. The thing is my max deadlift is 455lbs and I was working up to my max attempting 405lbs then 435lbs to then max 455lbs. The problem came when I did 405lbs and 435lbs because I ordered a small and they were still big on me. I pulled 405lbs and 435lbs but they were significantly harder when using these wraps because it created more range of motion. What mean is that once I pull slack off the bar and I pull I then have to pull slack off the wrist wraps. I bought these expecting to get my deadlift higher cause when I use neutral grip I have better for but of course I can't pull anything above 315 with it.

Good quality wraps, but sent back as there medium size, but was to big for me.
