Workouts Included:

  • 20-Minute Lower Body Workout. In this 20-minute lower body workout, you will work on exercises specifically designed to target those lower body muscles such as your glutes, hamstrings, and calves. Make sure you have a water bottle and some room to move around, let’s get ready to sweat!
  • Full Body Slider Workout. In this unique workout you will use a towel as a ‘slider’ to help you engage your entire body. This workout will challenge your core, arms, legs, and back muscles. Make sure you have a water bottle and some room to move around, let’s get ready to sweat!
  • Lower Body Workout. For this 20-minute workout, you will work on dynamic moves that target your lower body muscles including your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. Make sure you have a water bottle and some room to move around, let’s get ready to sweat!
  • Full body workout. This workout is a full body workout that requires no equipment, all you need is a water bottle and a mat. Megan will lead you through 2 different circuits which will work everything; legs, core, arms, back. Get ready to sweat!
  • 15-minute HIIT workout. This quick but intense 15-minute HIIT workout will work through 2 different circuits that will challenge your entire body. Grab a water bottle and your mat and let’s get ready to sweat!
  • Upper Body Workout . In this workout, you will focus on your upper body muscles. This workout will take place on the ground, but don’t let that fool you. It will still be very challenging. Grab a water bottle and your mat and let’s get ready to sweat!
  • HIIT 15-minute workout. In this HIIT workout you will get your heart rate up and feel a good burn. You will have 2 circuits which get repeated 3 times with a warm up and cool down to start and finish. Grab a water bottle and your mat and let’s get ready to sweat!
  • Full body #1. In this quick Full body workout, you will work your core, arms, legs, and back. This workout is a great way to feel a burn no matter what your skill level. All you will need is a water bottle and a mat, let’s get ready to sweat!
  • Upper Body Workout. In this upper body workout, you will engage your arms, shoulders, and back muscles while also engaging your core. Get ready to feel a nice burn in your upper body. Grab a water bottle and your mat and let’s get ready to sweat!
