Which Size to Choose
If you are unsure of which size to choose, first start off with the Light size and increase resistance as you progress in your training. You can also double up on resistance bands to increase resistance.

When used on an abrasive surface the bands can deteriorate quickly and snap. Bands should be inspected regularly for any visible wear and tear. In case of visible damage, please remove it from use and replace it immediately.
Bands are recommended to be used at a max. of 100% stretch (e.g. 13.8 inches band should only be stretched to 27.6 inches). Stretching beyond this limit is dangerous and not recommended.
