Great but not a lot of energy

I've been lifting for about 6 years and this pre is good for beginners. I prefer more Beta Alanine and caffeine in mine. But besides that, this gets the job done. GREAT TASTE.

I bought this for my husband on Valentine's Day. This one by far has the best flavor out of other brands we've tried and mixes well with water.

Did nothing

I had the flush and my face was beat red but no energy. Mild tingling. Despite having no energy from it I still crashed HARD and was falling asleep two hours later in public.

this stuff works and i get a good workout from it. it DOES have a tingle so if you don't like that, I would suggest ghost. I like this stuff and the tingle is just enough and not too much for me.
